"In Charlottenburg, Mr. and Mrs. Cybik had a bad experience with a rental nomad renting out a nice one-bedroom apartment. That's why they want to sell the small property as quickly as possible. But nobody wants to buy it. The Cybiks have long since lovingly removed the traces of the horror tenant - or so they think. But good taste has fallen by the wayside. Wildly thrown together furniture, a kitchen in rustic oak chic, a tiny bathroom like something out of a fairytale castle. All this simply puts potential customers off. But help is at hand. The homestager duo and couple Christian Lemke and his girlfriend Justyna Walczak worked together in the USA and have been working as stagers in the capital for two years. They take on the challenge of 38 m² and try to make something big and unique out of something small. But can they convince the owners to make the right budget available for their ideas and the necessary changes?"
