Christian Lemke -
CEO
Berlin is both home and inspiration for me. Growing up in the vibrant East Berlin of the 1980s and 1990s, early exposure to change and diversity sparked a lasting curiosity for other cultures — a curiosity that continues to shape my professional journey.
After starting my career in finance and banking, I shifted both focus and location, pursuing a degree in Sports Management & Marketing in Pittsburgh. Upon graduating, I moved to New York, where I quickly progressed into a leadership position at an international branding agency, developing communication strategies for global sports brands such as adidas and David Beckham.
Four years later, I relocated to Chicago to join a leading sports marketing firm, heading sponsorship consulting for international clients including Sony, Mercedes-Benz, Under Armour, and Cadillac.

From an early age, I was more interested in sketching spatial concepts and rearranging the living room than playing with dolls. What began as curiosity eventually became a profession.
After earning a degree in Business Administration in Warsaw, a strong sense of wanderlust — combined with my interest in architecture — led me to Chicago. There, I studied interior design at the Illinois Institute of Chicago, where I graduated with honors.
My career began in home staging, first as an intern with one of Chicago’s pioneering home staging studios, and later as an independent consultant working with a wide range of real estate professionals throughout the city.
